Curtis QB Buddy Taylor would add a 47 yard touchdown run making it 25-12 with 7:12 left in the third. One of the biggest takeaways from the night was the Cougars’ defensive line. Junior defensive end Jonathan Bax showed his athleticism chasing down Taylor to get a sack in the end zone for a safety to make the score 27-12. Anderson put his final mark on the game after he took the kickoff 51 yards for another return touchdown to make it 33-12. He finished with 290 all-purpose yards on nine touches and three scores.
