 No. 3 seed in 3A Wossman dominated the first quarter, taking a 14-1 lead as Bossier went 0-for-13 from the field in the quarter. The Bearcats offense came alive in the second, but they trailed 27-20 at the half. Bossier didn’t takes it’s first lead of the game until Tahj Roots scored on a tough lay in to make it 38-37 with 7:12 left in the fourth. Wossman would get some huge buckets down the stretch from their freshman point guard Antron Mason to help his team hold on to a 56-46 win. Albert Shell led Wossman with 14 points & Antron Mason finished with 11 points. Wossman will face Madison Prep for the 3A state championship 2 PM Saturday.
